Blizzard was released recently. This was the start of the second verion of GELAB. A major highlight of Blizzard is that it is capable of doing hybrid optimization. Now we have a publication about the ability of GELAB to perform hybrid optimization. It is avalable as a book chapter in the prestigious lecture notes on artificial intelligence.
