For some odd reason I wanted to see if it is possible to create online surveys and questionnaires in WordPress. I found a nice survey plugin among many on WordPress. It is called as Awesome Surveys and can be installed readily in WordPress. There are loads of other plugins for this purpose as well.
Below is a sample survey that I created. I just want to figure out whether or not this works at all.
